What's New Bulletin from Franklin Templeton Investments - Changes to ROC Payout Rate

Effective April 29th, Franklin Templeton Investments will be increasing the targeted Series R, S and T Return of Capital (ROC) payout rate for Franklin Bissett Canadian Dividend Corporate Class from 6% to 8%.  For further details on this change, please refer to the attached What’s New bulletin.
