On August 19, 2020, TuGo introduces a new and improved Traveller Medical Questionnaire (MQ). The changes will make for a more streamlined sales process for both you and your customers, minimizing errors and omissions and coverage misunderstandings. 

What’s new with TuGo’s MQ: 

• Within Partner Express, the MQ more accurately rates the traveller based on the health conditions and risks involved. The process is now 100% automated! 
• Questions only ask about medical conditions and duration of the condition—no more references to medications. 

• Addition of the “What You Need to Know” section, which addresses common questions asked by travellers, and uses more commonly-used medical terms.
