| Annual Filing: Complete Your Filing by June 1, 2021 The deadline for annual filing for all licences is June 1, 2021. After June 1, licensees are subject to a $200 late fee or licences will be terminated automatically after August 3, 2021. Licensees can confirm that their annual filing is complete by logging into their online portal accounts and selecting View my licence record(s) from the Main Menu. Read More |

DISCIPLINE DECISIONS Carl Bernard Brodie was disciplined in April 2021 for breaching the Insurance Council's Rules by failing to notify the Insurance Council on various counts of lack of Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage, his authority to represent an agency had ended and previous disciplinary action by another regulator; and for failing to maintain E&O insurance coverage. Read More Allen Karl Radley Aniceto was disciplined in April 2021 for breaching the Insurance Council's Rules by failing to maintain E&O insurance coverage, as well as for failing to notify the Insurance Council that he was without E&O coverage during that time and that he no longer had the authority to represent a second agency that was on file.
