DISCIPLINE DECISIONS Carl Bernard Brodie was disciplined in April 2021 for breaching the Insurance Council's Rules by failing to notify the Insurance Council on various counts of lack of Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage, his authority to represent an agency had ended and previous disciplinary action by another regulator; and for failing to maintain E&O insurance coverage. Allen Karl Radley Aniceto was disciplined in April 2021 for breaching the Insurance Council's Rules by failing to maintain E&O insurance coverage, as well as for failing to notify the Insurance Council that he was without E&O coverage during that time and that he no longer had the authority to represent a second agency that was on file. |
