CANADIAN RED CROSS – ALBERTA FIRES EMERGENCY APPEAL
All individual donations are being matched by the Federal Government of Canada during the month of May. Contributions surpass $60M as of May 11th.
Supporting the Humanitarian Relief Efforts
Global Pacific has made a donation. Global Pacific is accepting donations on behalf of the Canadian Red Cross through payroll &/or commission deduction starting May 9, 2016. Global Pacific will match all donations made through May 30th up to $1,000.
For employees &/or advisors who wish to effortlessly donate to a worthy cause, automatic payroll deductions are one of the easiest ways to regularly contribute to a nonprofit organization and is available at Global Pacific. Please contact Accounting/Agency Services to coordinate automatic payroll deductions. Donations made to the Red Cross directly will be issued tax receipts by the Red Cross. Donations coordinated through payroll deductions will also be issued tax receipts by the Red Cross, once the donations are completed.
Please note:
Tax Receipts will be issued by the Red Cross where the donation meets their minimum donation.
You will need to provide a copy of your tax receipt if you have already made a donation for Global Pacific to match the donation.
