Changes to the Frequency of Transaction Confirmations for Retirement Income Payments
As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and reduce paper, we are making changes to the frequency of transaction confirmations for retirement income payments.
Currently, customers and advisors receive transaction confirmations for systematic withdrawal plans, pre-authorized debit (PAD) and systematic switches for the first transaction only. Subsequent transaction confirmations are only produced if there are changes to the payment date, payment amount, payment frequency or fund direction.
Customers and advisors will now only receive transaction confirmations for retirement income payments for the first transaction of the year. Subsequent transaction confirmations will only be produced if there is a change in payment date, payment amount, payment frequency or fund direction.
