  • We recently launched a new brand campaign that highlights partnerships we've enabled with industry experts during the pandemic to ensure Canadians are getting access to expert help they need.
  • Included in this campaign is a 60-second video that was shared online and on social media promoting Canada Life's partnership with organizations that help Canadians access the best advice possible
  • The video also highlights the value that you – our advisors – bring to the marketplace. Your knowledge, dedication and guidance have had a major impact on the experience that Canadians are having with their financial situation during these times
  • Follow Canada Life on our social channels and share the posts using #MyCanadaLife and #ExpertsMatter

Call-back feature now available

  • We recently implemented a call back feature at the Client Service Centre
  • When an estimated wait time exceeds 6 minutes, the caller can request a call-back from the next available Client Service Representative instead of waiting on hold

Canada Life brand recognized as fastest growing insurance brand in the world

  • Brand Finance has released their Global Top 100 Insurers Report
  • In it, Canada Life is recognized as the fastest growing insurance brand in the world between April 2019 and January 2020
  • The report also includes a "Brand Spotlight" feature story about the new Canada Life brand
