Insurance telephone interviews: Clients’ language preference can now be selected on web and paper applications

- Use telephone interview when clients are short on time or hesitant to answer in-depth questions face-to-face
- Insurance telephone interviews are available in many languages
- Current languages available: English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Hindi, and Urdu
- On web application, select language in Insurability section when you select Schedule a telephone interview
- Telephone interview responses will be translated into the application in English or French
