Before you start

• Pre-filled fields are only available for existing clients with an investment account contract. New clients and those who only hold other Beneva products, like individual insurance, aren’t eligible.
• Editing pre-filled fields doesn’t update our system. For example, changing an address requires a separate transaction.
• To send the T2033 automatically, you must include the transferring institution’s fax number.
