Paramedical Provider Update BMO Insurance previously announced that all paramedical exam appointments were suspended until such time that it was deemed safe to resume these services. After a careful review of our paramedical partner’s re-opening proposals which includes outlining measures they have put in place for enhanced testing equipment, nurse attestations, provincial directives, physical distancing, disinfecting procedures including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), BMO Insurance is resuming paramedical testing with Dynacare and ExamOne. DYNACARE Dynacare will be conducting paramedical exams at fixed facilities until further notice. Stay up-to-date with estimated resumption dates and fixed facility locations specific to your region and bookmark the following link. Dynacare Paramedical Exam Resumption Plan Any previous orders that you have placed with Dynacare on behalf of BMO Insurance have maintained their place in the queue. Dynacare will be calling each client and will determine if they are still interested in moving ahead with an appointment. As you can expect there will be a back log of orders and we ask your patience as we work with Dynacare to address all your clients needs. EXAMONE ExamOne did not suspend paramedical testing and BMO Insurance has confirmed with ExamOne that appointments for BMO Insurance clients can resume effective immediately. Refer to ExamOne’s COVID-19 statement here. Any previous orders that you have placed with ExamOne on behalf of BMO Insurance will also be completed based on their place in their queue.
