SmartApp tips for permanent plans

| Did you know that you now can use SmartApp for all of our life and critical illness plans? This includes Term 100, the BMO Insurance Whole Life Plan and all universal life applications. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when submitting applications for these permanent plans: - Check to be sure that the Insured(s) is age 18 or above*
- If you’re submitting a whole life or universal life plan application, include an illustration from the Wave software (Note: illustrations are not required for Term, Term 100 or critical illness applications )
- Please note that the maximum face amount for any non face-to-face life application is $5,000,000*
