• Earn $25 for every electronic application submitted between October 29, 2018 and February 1, 2019.

• Earn an additional $25 if an application submitted during the promotion period results in a policy being issued.

Exclusions:

• Replacement request
• Major change request

Two payment periods:

Bonuses earned during the promotion will be paid out in early February 2019 and early April 2019.
