The Insurance Contact Centre eSignature forms now permanently available Our eSignature forms pilot project was successful! Using this paperless solution, we processed our first eSignature form within four hours and are currently processing 75% of submitted forms within one business day. eSignature forms are now a permanent option to customers who are calling directly to obtain any of the available Insurance forms.Read more 
Reminder: Client impact -- Increase to deposit loads for certain Universal Life products Effective October 1, 2018, Manulife is increasing the deposit load rate we deduct from deposits on certain Universal Life policies to better reflect the provincial premium taxes we are required to pay. As of October 1, the deposit load rate we deduct from deposits will be based on the primary owner’s province or territory of residence. As a result of this change, clients may require changes to their future planned deposits. Read more |
