Foresters Financial™ released the latest version of our Application for life and critical illness insurance on December 18, 2017 as part of the new Advantage Plus¹ launch.

In addition to product changes, the application was updated to incorporate the Declaration of Tax Residence form. You no longer have to fill out a separate form.

To assist with timely processing and compliance with current regulations, we will no longer accept old versions of our application after February 16, 2018.

The latest version of the Application for life and critical illness insurance is coded 105849 CAN (12/17) in the lower right-hand corner. You can download the latest version from our advisor portal, Bluesky.

Old applications received by Foresters after February 16, 2018 will not be processed and a new application will be required.
