    • Effective May 1, a new form is required for policy change quote requests that affect the tax-exempt status of a life insurance policy - Acknowledging tax-exempt consequences of my policy change form (17-8957)
    • Client Service will email the form to advisors only if the requested change will cause the policy to lose tax-exempt status
  2. Demonstrate the affordability and flexibility of critical illness insurance
    • Help clients see how they can get financial protection without affecting their spending money with the new critical illness insurance affordability calculator
    • Input client’s insurance protection needs and budget information to demonstrate an insurance solution that does not affect a client’s monthly cash flow
    • Walk the client through the customized report during your meeting
