A correction has been made to the prescribed taxable portion calculations in the recent SPIA V7.0 illustration software download. Please download the SPIA V7.1 upgrade now:

• For advisors currently using The Wave 32.0, please click here to download and install SPIA V7.1 over it.  After November 20, 2015, you must have SPIA version 7.1 to run SPIA quotes.
• For advisors who do not have The Wave 32.0, please download and install The Wave 32.0 (click here) before installing SPIA V7.1 over it. 

Any non-registered, prescribed SPIA applications received from November 2, 2015 to November 20, 2015 under SPIA V7.0 will have the prescribed taxable portions corrected, with appropriate notice to impacted advisors and clients.  We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused.
 
Reminder:  New SPIA Application Form 348E (2015/11/02) is now available for order.  Old Application 348E (2013/01/01) will be accepted until November 30, 2015, after which time the new application must be used.
