PDF version New! The RBC Insurance Wellness Program now has a reporting tool
You and your eligible clients now have access to reporting capabilities for our RBC Insurance® Wellness Program, giving you access to reporting for your individual clients and for your book of business.
This reporting will provide data related to registration, utilization of specific features and aggregate health risks of the plan member population (subject to a minimum number of registered users). You can use this data to support conversations with clients. For example clients concerned about high claims cost, high absenteeism, and/ or low employee engagement, can leverage their company specific data to create a targeted wellness strategy that may assist with addressing these business concerns.
Your clients will also have access to a reporting tab within their wellness administrator panel so that they can monitor their aggregate employee participation in the program.
What data will be reported?
For reports with >30 users and >5 users per demographic category, all registration, utilization and health risk assessment data fields will be populated (refer to attached Wellness Reporting Guide for Advisors). This detailed data will help gauge what features are popular with employees and identify the aggregate risks of the employee population so that employers can tailor wellness programming to the specific needs of employees.
For reports with <30 users and/or <5 users per demographic category, a limited selection of data will be available to protect the privacy of plan members.
Note: Protecting the privacy of plan member information is very important to us. All wellness program data is reported in aggregate only, no individual plan member data is reported.
How to access the wellness reporting panel
You will receive an invitation email from LifeWorks with a personalized activation link and a temporary password.
Click on the link to complete the registration process and you will be guided to login.
Refer to the attached Wellness Reporting Guide for Advisors for additional information
Note: your clients will not receive an invitation email for the reporting platform, they will login to their Wellness Program plan administrator panel and then access the “reporting” tab from the top menu bar.
We are sharing this information with your clients in the attached communication on November 4, 2020.
