COVID-19: Renewal Deferrals for Clients with under 50 Lives

As the unprecedented circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to impact us all, we at RBC Insurance^® are able to further support your clients with under 50 lives by deferring their July renewals by 2 months, until September 1, 2020.

What you need to know

For groups with less than 50 lives, in addition to deferring May and June renewals by three months as previously communicated, we are now also deferring July renewals for two months automatically.

As such, for groups with less than 50 lives:

• May renewals will be effective in August;
• June and July renewals will be effective in September.

We will not apply any retroactive adjustments and the 2021 renewal will occur on its regular renewal date.
