New! Enhancements to the T2033 Transfer Process for Fast & Full Investment Apps

Dear Advisor, We are pleased to announce a new T2033 transfer option is now available on the
Fast & Full Investment App. This latest enhancement to Fast & Full came from advisor feedback. Advisors shared with us that some financial institutions have been slow to adapt to technology and still require a "wet" client signature or they require a signature guarantee on T2033 transfer forms. New "Wet" Signature Option |

| Select transferring institution | Print off transfer form for client to sign | Scan signed form back into Fast & Full or mail physical copy |
To address these scenarios and speed up transfers from these institutions, you now have a new option for generating the transfer form within Fast & Full. If you select the new Print & Sign option, you can print off a copy of the transfer form, get your client to sign it and then scan it and upload it in the Fast & Full Investment App. before submitting it to
Empire Life. Alternatively, you can also mail it to the transferring institution.
