| Partial lifting of the temporary suspension on the Canada Life real estate funds – updated Q&A
- Reminder: the real estate fund is now in a position to allow us to accept initial redemption requests for investors who submit requests for redemptions and transfers from the fund between Jan. 11 and Feb. 19, 2021
- The temporary suspension of redemptions and transfers from the fund will otherwise remain in place
- Investors can submit redemption and transfer requests during this time to be included in the March 12, 2021 payout. Requests received after the deadline will not be processed or retained
- If the total of all redemption and transfer requests we receive from all investors exceeds the amount of cash available for distribution from the real estate fund, payments will be made on a proportional basis
