We’ve compiled some of the most frequent questions that new business associates have been hearing. This FAQ will continue to be updated as more questions come in and will be available on the COVID-19 landing page.

 

  1. Canada Life will accept expired client IDs  

We’ll temporarily be accepting clients’ government identification (driver’s licenses, health cards, etc.) that expired on March 1, 2020 or later for anti-money laundering identification purposes. With governments extending the validity of these documents in order to reduce the need for in-person renewal visits, Canada Life will consider them valid until further notice.
