| As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your digital experience, BMO Insurance is rolling out enhancements to SmartApp effective July 19. Here’s what’s changing: - Updated lifestyle and medical questions: Questions are now aligned with our paper application and tele-interview format, for consistency across platforms.
- Improved input fields: Based on user feedback, we’ve expanded the detail fields within these questionnaires to allow for more descriptive responses.
Important note: In-progress SmartApps with completed lifestyle and medical questions that have not been sent for e-Signature before July 19 will have those two sections cleared on that date. On and after July 19, you will be required to re-answer the lifestyle and medical questions upon returning to complete those in progress SmartApp applications. To avoid rework, we recommend finalizing all in-progress SmartApps and advancing them to the eSignature stage before the end of day July 18. As always, medical questions remain optional and completing a tele-interview with Dynacare is encouraged. *** If you need immediate support to use SmartApp, please contact the BMO Insurance Digital Support Team (DST) at Insurance.DST@bmo.com or 1-855-208-3675 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET.
