Remote Signatures and Email Documents - BMO GIF Segregated Funds

We are focused on ensuring that our business continues to deliver the important services you and your clients need. Recognizing the importance of responding quickly in these challenging times, we continue to evolve and develop guidelines and practices to help you better serve your clients.

BMO Insurance is implementing some temporary measures for BMO GIF Segregated Funds to help facilitate:

remote signatures;
electronic transmission of documents; and
remote identity verification.

These measures will take effect immediately and will continue until further notice. These measures do not change previously established temporary COVID-19 processes for our life insurance and critical illness insurance business.
