Financial Literacy Month is here!

November is Financial Literacy Month in Canada and the main theme for Advocis is Take Charge of Your Finances.

Throughout November, Advocis is committed to educating and engaging the public on financial literacy by promoting several different tools.

30-DAY CHALLENGE

To support everyday action on financial literacy, we're excited to introduce a 30-Day Challenge for the public to take concrete steps toward transforming their finances. Participants will be asked to complete seven simple tasks and are invited to post their results online.

Part 1 of a two-part series, we've released a special financial literacy podcast episode featuring Cindy Marques, a Certified Financial Planner and Financial Literacy Advocate, and Laurie Martin, a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist and Elder Planning Counselor.
