Dear partner,

This is a big day for La Capitale and SSQ Insurance! No doubt, it is for you, as well. Merging our two companies will make all the difference for the future, and the joining of our forces will be of benefit to everyone.

I am very happy to address you for the first time as our combined entity’s Executive Vice-President of Individual Insurance and Financial Services. This communication is a complement to the one you received earlier today, with a few information items specific to our business area.  We know how much clients trust you and rely on your advice. For that reason, our teams will continue to offer you their highest level of support to fully meet your needs and those of your clients.

For now, it’s business as usual as you go about your daily tasks on behalf of La Capitale or SSQ Insurance. For the time being, we are remaining as two separate entities in terms of agreements and contracts, products, forms and documents, rates, bonuses, customer service, etc. Your points of contact with both companies are also remaining the same for now. Our sales and support teams will continue to support you as thoroughly as always while planning the future.

As we move toward our new entity, we are committed to ensuring a harmonious and transparent transition for you and your clients. Throughout this merger and all that it entails we are committed to consolidate our relationships and build on new business opportunities while focusing on delivering meaningful value.
