Fully bilingual, Mr. Quigley is based in Montreal and responsible for institutional business developments in Quebec. Prior to joining Hillsdale, he was the Director of Investments at Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation, the Investment Officer of the City of Montreal Pension Fund and a Senior Analyst at Hydro Quebec Pension Fund. He has served as a representative at the Foundation Financial Office Group (FFOG) and the Pension Investment Association of Canada (PIAC). He joined Hillsdale in July 2007.
