P.A.G.E. Hospitalization is the ideal product to replace the product Reliable is withdrawing from the market. The three daily benefit options insure a logical choice in regards to the needs of your clients. Furthermore, no interview or medical test is required to subscribe (if you already have a contract with Reliable).

P.A.G.E. Hospitalization is the ideal product to replace the product Reliable is withdrawing from the market. The three daily benefit options insure a logical choice in regards to the needs of your clients. Furthermore, no interview or medical test is required to subscribe (if you already have a contract with Reliable).

 

 

 

Heal in peace

P.A.G.E. Hospitalization is available for people aged 14 days to 79 years. Two coverage options are available: hospitalization following an accident only and hospitalization following an accident or illness. 

Three coverage options are available: $25, $50 and $100. The allowance will be paid from day 1 and up to 1,000 days of hospitalization.

If your client is confined to an intensive care unit, the daily benefit is doubled to a maximum of 30 days. The convalescence is also covered to a maximum of 60 days. 

Want to switch from Reliable to Humania Assurance? 

Order an insurance application and follow these instructions:

  • Attach your client’s proof of coverage (premium statement) from Reliable and a check;
  • Complete the sections 1, 4, 7 and 13 to 17 of the insurance application;
  • In Part 17, add: The advisor confirms that the person to insure is not currently hospitalized, waiting for hospitalization or in convalescence.
  • The commissions are leveled;
  • Don’t forget to sign the application;
  • One contract per person.
