In an effort to simplify and remain competitive we are making changes to the age and amount underwriting requirements. You will notice the categories have been streamlined in the age categories aligning with the requirements required. Please refer these charts for Fast & Full or paper applications.

Attending Physician Statements (APS) and Inspection Reports (IR) will now be ordered at the discretion of the underwriter and have been removed from the charts.

Larger cases have also had some changes to the requirements. 

These changes will go in effect October 1, 2018

Empire Life is pleased to announce that the Fast & Full Investment Application now allows you to automatically start a new application for an existing client with a “Start new application” feature being added to the My Clients Dashboard. Now you can simply pre-populate the client information in a new application (name, address, DOB, etc.) with the click of a button. To copy your client’s information to a new application:

1.     Visit the “My Clients Dashboard” page
2.     Locate the client from your list of completed applications
3.     Click the “Start new application” button located beside that client name.

If you are completing multiple applications for the same client, the functionality can also be accessed after a client signs the application.
