This includes their riders. For a new policy to qualify, the client's application for the policy must be received between Sept. 1 and Dec. 1 inclusive. This offer extends to reissues, if the original policy qualified
- Term 10, term-to-term conversions, and term riders on universal life and participating life insurance are excluded from this promotion, including adding term riders on participating life and universal life policies
- You can use SimpleProtectTM to complete applications in less than 10 minutes with the potential for instant approvals
- The first premium must be paid for by the client for the contract to take effect. The following four months premium will be waived for the client

Canada Life now accepts electronic signatures for Agent of Record change requests |
- We now accept secure electronic signatures by clients on Agent of Record (AOR) change requests for both insurance and individual wealth products, provided you use an eSignature provider you've entered a contract with
- You must use an eSignature provider you've entered a contract with, not Microsoft Paint or other editing tools which are not acceptable for electronic signatures
- You're don't need to provide your client's email and phone number as long as we have the transaction summary report from your eSignature provider. We'll contact your client if we have questions
- You must verify all eSignatures with your clients prior to submission and inform your client that Canada Life may contact them to confirm their request

Investment credits for Canada Life Generations Core, I and II segregated funds |
- The annual investment credit for qualifying high-net-worth clients holding Canada Life Generations Core, I and II segregated funds policies will be paid on or about Oct. 8, 2020, and will cover the period from Sept. 1, 2019 to Aug. 31, 2020
- Only clients who received the 2019 segregated fund investment credit payment as a transaction may be eligible for the 2020 investment credit
