Hi , A few years ago, the Advocis Board of Directors identified “The Power of Diversity” as a strategic imperative for the association. At the Chapter Leadership Conference held last June, Greg Pollock, Advocis President & CEO, announced that the association would be addressing diversity and inclusion in a more fundamental way going forward. Advocis has since partnered with Strasity Inc. to assist us in our journey to becoming a more equitable organization for our members and future members. On behalf of the Advocis Board of Directors, I'd like to extend an invitation to have you join us for an orientation session on March 30th with myself, Greg Pollock and Dean Delpeache from Strasity Inc., where we will introduce the Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity (DIBE) strategy that will serve to both strengthen our association, as well as your own practice.
