The Advocis BC Chapters have collaborated to offer the Advocis Practice Development series, focusing on skills and knowledge that newer advisors need to be successful. The modules are delivered in two parts by experienced advisors who will facilitate the workshops and mentor the participants.

Module Four Preparation:

While the financial advice model has moved from one of product sales first to advice first, advisors need to understand the client connection cycle as that will define how they begin to build a trust-based relationship. In this module, you will learn to:

Develop an understanding of a client connection cycle for financial advice
Understand a client’s decision-making process
Learn how to build a client connection process for financial advice
Prepare for the initial interview
