The Advocis BC Chapters have collaborated to offer the Advocis Practice Development series, focusing on skills and knowledge that newer advisors need to be successful. The modules are delivered in two parts by experienced advisors who will facilitate the workshops and mentor the participants.

Learning the difference between networking and prospecting
How to identify prospects
How to identify an ideal target client and market to them
The importance of networking
How to develop an effective network of centers of influence (COIs)
How full and proper documentation will be an important and consistent habit to develop

We will also discuss how to prospect during a pandemic.
