Speaker's Bio:

Frank Byl

Frank Byl has a degree in education and is a Microsoft Master Instructor since 2003. He started PowerConcepts Computer training in 1998. Over the last 22 years Frank and his team have trained over 30,000 individuals and worked with 100’s of companies and government organizations of every size. Frank brings a refreshing, humorous and insightful perspective on how to better manage information and tools using the latest features of SharePoint and Office 365.

Frank is a graduate of SFU, taught in high school for 14 years and then started PowerConcepts. He lives in Kelowna with his wife Susanne and enjoys many outdoor pursuits and especially sailing.
